Helping to Raise the Awareness of Strokes in Babies and Children

Fund Raising events

The KMFM charity change team managed to raise £200 for EKS Childhood Stroke on Sunday the 20th of November, well done KMFM and all the people of Kent who took part and supported us.

The sponsored swim on the 11th of December at Folkestone leisure centre was a great success. 30 people came along to swim with many more spectating, a total of 939 lengths were swum that’s 14.5 miles, and the sponsor money is still coming in so the total is not yet known but the day was a huge success. A big thank you to everybody that took part

On Friday the 10th of February, Jessica and Sam took part in the Barclays Money Skills Junior Charity Challenge. This was a dragons den style event and Jess and Sam made a fantastic presentation to a panel of four dragons and were awarded £500 for the charity.
